- Core Material BWP 710 grade plywood for wet areas like kitchen and ISO 303 grade plywood for full house unless custom material specified in the quotation
- Laminate Laminate with Matt or High Gloss finish, price capped to 1400/sheet of laminate
- Wardrobes 2 drawers (one with lock) , basic complimentary handles, 2 shelves, hanger rod and one lock per wardrobe
- Hardware Hettich or equivalent autoclose/normal hinges, basic complimentary handles for doors
